Employee Group

Employee Group page displays a list of employee groups. You can filter the list on the basis of group name.

How to create an employee group?

1. Click + icon on the top right. Following page will open.

Field Level Description

Group Name name of employee group.
Is Active can be either checked or unchecked. Indicates whether the employee group is visible or not in Alt Worklife.

Group Parameter

list of parameters based on which employee group is formed. You can choose more than one.

2. Enter the required information.

3. Click Select button. Following page will open.

4. Click + icon against the parameter name. Following pop up window will open.

5. Select atleast one value and click Add button. Following page will be displayed.

6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for other parameters, if selected.

7. Click Save button. A new employee group will be created and added to the employee groups list.
